Each issue features articles on lifestyle issues such as "Single Dads Fathering and Mothering" and "Brothers Speak Out on Sex and Dating." Regular sections include the gender specific columns "Sisterspeak" and "Brothers Only" as well as a recipe section called "A Date with a Dish". African-American celebrities are also featured regularly.
